Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to discovery calls, consulting engagements, workshops, training sessions, projects, and other scheduled services provided by Catalyze Now.

Discovery Calls

If you are unable to attend a scheduled discovery call, please cancel or reschedule using the booking details provided in your confirmation email where available.

We ask that changes be made as early as reasonably possible so that the time can be made available to someone else.

Consulting and Project Work

Cancellation of an accepted consulting, automation, systems, implementation, or other project engagement is subject to the relevant proposal, contract, statement of work, or other written agreement.

Where work has already begun, the client remains responsible for fees relating to work completed, agreed milestones reached, committed resources, and any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred before cancellation.

Any remaining amounts or refunds will be handled according to the applicable agreement and Catalyze Now’s Refund Policy.

Workshops and Training

If a confirmed workshop or training engagement needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please notify Catalyze Now as early as possible.

Cancellation or rescheduling terms may vary depending on the engagement, preparation already completed, travel or venue arrangements, third-party costs, and the notice provided.

Any engagement-specific cancellation terms will be communicated in the relevant proposal, agreement, or confirmation.

Cancellation by Catalyze Now

In the unlikely event that Catalyze Now needs to cancel or reschedule a paid service, we will contact the client as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate, we may offer a new date, alternative arrangement, service credit, or refund for services that have been paid for but not provided.

Digital Products

Digital products that have already been delivered or made available for access cannot ordinarily be cancelled after delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
