Catalyze Now provides consulting, AI systems, automation, implementation, workshops, training, and digital products.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the service, scope, complexity, and requirements of each engagement.

Consulting and Project Work

Project timelines are confirmed before work begins and are included in the relevant proposal, scope of work, agreement, or invoice.

Smaller consulting or implementation engagements may be completed within a few business days, while larger systems and custom projects may require several weeks or more.

Clients will be informed of the expected delivery schedule before payment or project commencement.

Workshops and Training

Workshop and training dates are agreed with the client before confirmation.

Preparation, delivery dates, and any supporting materials will be communicated as part of the booking or proposal process.

Digital Products

Digital products, templates, guides, and downloadable resources are normally made available immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Where delivery is delayed due to a technical issue, Catalyze Now will assist the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes to Delivery Timelines

Where a timeline changes due to scope changes, client delays, third-party dependencies, technical issues, or other circumstances, the client will be informed and an updated timeline will be provided where appropriate.
